RV Dish Satellite Stand. Tripod Satellite Dish Stand. Portable Satellite Dish Stand

Star Choice Users

When Delsand LLC was at the Yuma, Arizona Market during the winter of 2008 - 2009 we had the opportunity to work with several Star Choice customers.
The PDQ Signal stand, when used with Star Choice’s 60E dish, did not have the same results that Dish Network and DirecTV customers were having.

The signal was not always found within the normal 5 minute time frame.

It was determined that while moving the dish to different azimuth locations the dish was being moved ever so slightly from the correct elevation and/or skew therefore missing the very narrow and weaker signal.

This was not acceptable!
A Solution was needed.

We now have Wonderful NEWS!!

Delsand LLC is happy to announce that we have tested the PDQ Stand with Shaw Direct’s Star Choice TV satellite system using the standard 60E dish. The result after the initial calibration shows that the time needed to locate a signal is less than 12 minutes.
The signal strength & locations where tested are:

Lake Stevens WA.    80 signal strength

Sacramento CA.       60 signal strength

Yuma AZ.                  54 signal strength

The stand can be order  below or at the Arizona Market booth F123, in Yuma AZ.

*PDQ Signal post is keyed to the stand so that the dish is always in alignment to the stand’s compass settings. A tripod is a post that has the dish repositioned each time it is used.

**PDQ Signal has threaded ¾ inch rods for legs allowing adjustments on each corner to allow for the stand to be aligned to a Magnetic North.
**Most tripods do not have easy leg adjustments. Some must use wedges or adjustments to the ground for setting up on uneven terrain.
