Conditions of Use
PAYMENT OPTIONS: REFUNDS:
- Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. If a check was used, a refund may take up to 45 days.
RETURNS:
- If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less costs of shipping) provided they have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, manuals etc.?
- If the item is defective: We refund all amounts paid plus a return shipping allowance, less any rebates issued on the item. Defective items should be returned undamaged, unaltered and in the original retail packaging. Please obtain a RMA.
- If we shipped the wrong item: We refund all amounts paid for the item plus a return shipping allowance, less any rebates issued on the item. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unaltered, in the original retail packaging, and be able to be resold. All original manufacturer's tags, warranty papers, and instruction sheets or manuals must accompany the returned product. Please obtain a RMA. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
SHIPPING:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Orders processed by 12:30 PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped within 72 hours, unless the products are on back order.
- Sorry no P.O. BOX or HOTEL ADDRESSES.
- We do strive to ship all items as soon as possible.
- Delsand LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping company. EXAMINE YOUR PRODUCT:
- If you receive missing or damaged merchandise, you must notify the carrier upon time of delivery or as soon as possible.
- THE PAPERWORK YOU ARE SIGNING FROM THE DRIVER CLEARLY STATES YOU ARE SIGNING THAT THE GOODS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. DO NOT SIGN FOR OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED PRODUCT. DAMAGED PRODUCT MUST BE REFUSED AT TIME OF DELIVERY TO INSURE REPLACEMENT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
- YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CHECK YOUR PRODUCT AND FILE YOUR OWN CONCEALED DAMAGE REPORT. HOWEVER, IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN REIMBURSMENT FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE CHARGES FROM THE CARRIERS, SO IT IS BEST TO INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT AT TIME OF DELIVERY
WARRANTY:
- There is a 1 year limited warranty on all stands from date of purchase.
All defective parts will be replaced with new parts at no charge to you.
- Warranty covers only normal use of the stand.
- Void if damage occurred because of misuse, flood, fire, lightning, or alteration.

- Actual styles of some products may vary from the representation found on the web site.
RMA Process:
- All returns must have a RMA number for processing. Email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- RMA's are only valid for 30 days (Postmarked by or Carrier Posted by the 30th day) and can only be obtained by e-mailing the above address or calling 425 879 2929 during office hours 9:00AM to 4:00 PM PST.
- All returned items must be received by us within 20 days from RMA issue date.
- Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- The returns received after 30 days from RMA date will be returned to the customer and freight will be billed to the customer's credit card.
RETURN PACKAGING:
- Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on three sides of the outside of the package.
- DO NOT WRITE RMA NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX OF MERCHANDISE.
- We must receive all original parts in order to process your return.
- Please send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily traceable. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the return gets to Delsand LLC.

This policy is subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If we decide to change this policy, we will post those changes on this page.
Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all manuals and related materials.

- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, there is a 5% cancellation fee - no exceptions.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please request a RMA (see above). The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
