Upon receipt of your package, it is important to EXAMINE YOUR PRODUCT:
- If you receive missing or damaged merchandise, you must notify the carrier as soon as possible.
- The driver will ask for your signature. THE PAPERWORK CLEARLY STATES THAT BY SIGNING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE GOODS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. DO NOT SIGN FOR OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED PRODUCT. A damaged product must be refused at time of delivery to insure replacement at no extra charge.
- YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CHECK YOUR PRODUCT and file a "Concealed Damage Report" with the carrier. Since it can be difficult to obtain reimbursement for concealed damages from the carrier, we recommend you inspect your package at the time of delivery.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less costs of shipping) provided they have not been damaged, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, manuals etc. All returns must obtain an RMA number (see information below).
- If the item is defective: We refund all amounts paid plus a return shipping allowance, less any rebates issued on the item. Defective items should be returned undamaged, unaltered and in the original retail packaging. All returns must obtain an RMA number (see information below).
- If we shipped the wrong item: We refund all amounts paid for the item plus a return shipping allowance, less any rebates issued on the item. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unaltered, in the original retail packaging and be able to be resold. All original manufacturer's tags, warranty papers, and instruction sheets or manuals must accompany the returned product. All returns must obtain an RMA number (see information below).
- NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
RMA Process:
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- RMAs can only be obtained by e-mailing us at Returns@delsand.com or calling 425-879-2929 during the hours of 9:00AM to 4:00 PM PST.
- RMAs are only valid for 30 days (Postmarked by or Carrier Posted by the 30th day) and
- We must receive all returned items within 20 days from RMA issue date.
- Packages without an RMA number on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- The returns received after 30 days from RMA date will be returned to the customer and freight will be billed to the customer's credit card.
RETURN PACKAGING: Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all manuals and related materials.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on three sides of the outer box.
- We must receive all original parts in order to process your return.
- Please send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily traceable. If you prefer to use US Mail, insure the package and include delivery confirmation.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the return gets to Delsand LLC.
