- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Orders processed by 12:30 PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped within 72 hours, unless the products are on back order.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or hotel addresses.
- We strive to ship all items as soon as possible.
- Delsand LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Upon receipt of your package, it is important to EXAMINE YOUR PRODUCT:
- If you receive missing or damaged merchandise, you must notify the carrier as soon as possible.
- The driver will ask for your signature. THE PAPERWORK CLEARLY STATES THAT BY SIGNING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE GOODS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. DO NOT SIGN FOR OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED PRODUCT. A damaged product must be refused at time of delivery to insure replacement at no extra charge.
- You have 48 hours to examine your product and file a "Concealed Damage Report" with the carrier. Since it can be difficult to obtain reimbursement for concealed damages from the carrier, we recommend you inspect your package at the time of delivery.
